  • Contribute to the review process of residents, ensuring their care plans are up-to-date and effective.
  • Support the care team in developing their practice, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Deliver supervisions and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • Support the auditing process, ensuring our home meets the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Participate in manager's meetings, contributing to the development of our care services.
  • Think creatively about improving outcomes for our residents, identifying opportunities for innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • QCF Qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of managing a staff team, with a proven track record of leadership and development.
  • Safeguarding Adults qualification.
