Quantity Surveyor Role

Norfolk Professional Building Services are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy office. The company works on various high-end projects in Norfolk, from period restoration to modern new builds. They have an excellent, highly skilled, and stable team that strives to deliver successful projects for their clients.

The ideal candidate will have management experience of subcontractors, including reviewing and analysing prices, placing orders, and managing sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion. They will also attend contract meetings and report as required, handle interim valuations and variations, conduct pre-tender surveys, and assist with pricing tenders and project procurement.

About the Position:

  1. A formal qualification and experience in commercial management are essential.
  2. The ideal candidate will have experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor.
  3. They will thrive in a busy office environment and be able to handle a multitude of different challenges.
  4. Relevant experience within the industry is required.
