- Be available 24/7 for emergency calls, providing exceptional support and service to clients and candidates.

- Good levels of education, with a focus on logistics, transport, or a related field.
- Previous experience in transport or logistics scheduling, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to promote the company's services and attract top talent.
- Previous experience in managing a recruitment desk, with a focus on candidate acquisition and management.
- Experience in managing staff, with a focus on leadership, communication, and team development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to sell concepts and ideas to clients and candidates.
- A clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel as required.
