Mental Health Transport Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transportation of patients to various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to and from healthcare settings, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transport, promoting a calm and comfortable environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Enhanced DBS certificate, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
