Product Lead - SaaS Solutions

We are collaborating with a dynamic organization that is experiencing substantial growth. This company specializes in delivering advanced electronic payment solutions and safeguarding against financial crimes for leading financial authorities and institutions.

In the role of Product Lead, you will oversee the strategic direction, development, and market positioning of a premier AML solution centered on Customer Due Diligence. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive "end-to-end product lifecycle" and work closely with various departments to ensure the product's commercial success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in software product management with a solid understanding of software development processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based solutions, as well as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Insight into AML regulations and current market dynamics.
  • Experience in financial fraud prevention and AML solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and business partners.
  • Track record of leading successful market entry strategies, including product packaging and pricing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international teams and clients.
  • Direct involvement in AML compliance within a financial institution.
