Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician Trainer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing training material and delivering learning, coaching, and assessing apprentices in the Defence industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for Vehicle Technicians
  • Coach and assess apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship goals
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality training material

Requirements:

  • Minimum City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/ Education & Training

About the Role:

This is a permanent position with a starting salary of £34,814 and enhanced leave allowance. The company offers a pension scheme and a supportive work environment.
