About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Exmouth. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup and maintenance of retail displays, product placement, and stock replenishment within The Entertainer concession at Tesco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with colleagues
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines
  • Product placement and replenishment to maximize visibility and appeal
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup to effectively communicate prices and offers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with in-store colleagues and client account teams
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service for clients
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
