About the Role

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Exmouth area. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be an integral part of our field-based retail merchandising team, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.

Requirements:

  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
