Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in retail merchandising? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays?

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Exmouth area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work with high street retailers on behalf of leading brands to ensure that products and promotions are displayed effectively and attractively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Restocking and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Ensuring that merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance are met.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams via our survey application.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Be comfortable with manual handling, as you will need to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
