Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Monitoring and Threat Detection Specialist to join our team at Eset. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our security systems to ensure the protection of our data and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security monitoring systems to detect and respond to potential security threats.
- Design and implement controls to ensure the security and integrity of our data.
- Collaborate with the IT department to improve the quality of data collection and security environment.
- Participate in the investigation of security incidents and provide formal reports to the CISO.
- Contribute to internal security projects and provide technical expertise to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Develop and implement technical responses to identified security risks and requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT department to select and implement appropriate technical measures to meet Eset's security needs.
- Provide security advice and guidance to the IT department on security issues related to technology deployment and IS development.
- Participate in customer projects and contribute to the development of security solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by a managing employee in accordance with the department's and company's activities.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and experience in security monitoring and threat detection. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
