About the Role

As a Relief Security Officer in Dorset, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our site. This position offers both stability and flexibility, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and various shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.

We are looking for a dedicated security professional who possesses excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to different situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Systems Management: Utilize your computer skills to efficiently manage security systems and administrative tasks.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, visitors, and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure a secure and safe environment.
  • Reception Duties: Handle reception duties, ensuring a professional front-of-house service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Security Clearance: Due to the nature of the site, all applicants must be a British National (UK passport holder).
  • Versatility: Ability to adapt to various shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Full SIA Licence: Possess a valid Full SIA Licence.
  • SC Clearance: Must be able to obtain SC clearance (be a UK citizen).
  • Right to Work: Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Driving License: Possess a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
