MinsterFB is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client support team, you will work closely with our clients and their supply chain/finance teams to ensure seamless Amazon operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Amazon's online order portal and delivery requirements to provide exceptional client support and training.
  • Analyze Amazon data to identify supply and invoicing issues, trends, and insights, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with our internal Account Managers to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
About MinsterFB:

We work with some of the UK's favorite brands to build their e-commerce business on Amazon. Our services include full account management, sales strategy, catalogue management, issue resolution, and training. If you have relevant experience in order management, warehouse operations, or customer fulfillment, and are comfortable managing multiple projects, we want to hear from you.
