We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Consultant to join our team at MinsterFB. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and their supply chain/finance teams in navigating Amazon's complex order management and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become proficient in Amazon's online order portal and delivery requirements to provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Interrogate Amazon's data to identify supply and invoicing problems, trends, and insights, and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews with clients to identify issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in order management, warehouse operations, or customer fulfillment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to figure out how processes work.
  • Natural curiosity and ability to shape the role based on strengths and experience.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and colleagues, either remotely or in-person.
  • Understanding of order fulfillment processes and ability to work with diverse teams and working styles.
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence in Excel and ability to leverage large data files into actionable insights.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £27.5K.
  • Annual holiday entitlement of 33 days (inclusive of bank/public holidays).
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days a week from our Southwell office.
  • Opportunity to work remotely for up to 4 consecutive weeks a year.
  • Unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of continuous employment.
