About the Role

MinsterFB is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and their supply chain/finance teams in navigating Amazon's complex online order portal and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Amazon's online order portal and delivery requirements to provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze Amazon's data to identify supply and invoicing problems, trends, and insights, and develop effective solutions to improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews with clients to identify issues and implement solutions to enhance process efficiency.

What We're Looking For
  • Relevant experience in order management, warehouse operations, store or office customer fulfillment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in leveraging large data files to gain actionable insights.
Work Arrangements
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of two days a week from our Southwell Office, easily accessible by bus from Nottingham.
  • Flexible working hours, with the option to work remotely up to 4 consecutive weeks a year.
  • Annual holiday entitlement of 33 days, inclusive of bank/public holidays.
