Job Title: Multi Services Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multi Services Assistant to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing room and hospitality bookings, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage room and hospitality bookings, including setting up rooms and arranging catering.
- Organize and coordinate events, including evening events as agreed.
- Diary management of meeting rooms and desk bookings.
- Deliver an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service.
- Handle and administer closed files as requested.
- Perform extensive computer and data-related tasks.
- Deal with incoming hand deliveries from clients, ensuring that all documents are scanned and allocated to the relevant electronic post folders.
Requirements:
- High level of customer focus and proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence to communicate at all levels.
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook emails.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Punctual and flexible to cover shifts where required.
