The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that electrical engineering initiatives are executed efficiently, adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Manage the complete lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from the initial design phase to final execution. Ensure that all projects align with established plans, timelines, and financial parameters.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize your engineering expertise to address intricate challenges, delivering innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with technical specifications.


Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster strong communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Build and maintain effective working relationships to support seamless project delivery.

Schedule Management:
Create and oversee the sequencing of project tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and time management.

Site Oversight and Documentation:
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications and standards. Manage all site-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Meetings and Collaboration:

Actively participate in project meetings, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.


Risk Assessment:
Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Workforce Management:
Supervise site personnel, ensuring effective resource allocation and high productivity levels.

Health & Safety Compliance:
Uphold all health and safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of safety practices on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant industry qualifications.

Project Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing substantial electrical engineering projects.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong IT skills, including project management and office software.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.


Health & Safety Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the engineering and construction sectors.
