Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer, in a key role that will drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing requirements and develop strategies to improve production and purchasing efficiency.
  • Produce weekly purchasing reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement departmental and process improvements to enhance staff retention and performance.
  • Lead a team of four and recruit when necessary, utilizing excellent people skills to mentor and manage staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of AS9100 and ability to implement quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
