About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our team at Valorem Partners. As a key member of our New Business Team, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from receipt of a signed offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with intermediaries, valuers, and solicitors to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of deals.
  • Review legal correspondence and provide responses where possible, referring queries to underwriters or valuers as necessary.
  • Initiate pipeline management to advise conveyancers and underwriters on application status and valuation deadlines.
  • Collaborate with our Finance Team to manage loan funding and completion fees.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
