Senior Mortgage Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mortgage Processor to join our team at Valorem Partners. As a key member of our New Business Team, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from receipt of a signed offer to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with Intermediaries, valuers, and solicitors to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of deals.
- Review legal correspondence and provide responses where possible, referring queries to the underwriter or valuer as necessary.
- Initiate pipeline management to advise conveyancers and underwriters when applications approach the end of their offer eligibility or valuation period.
- Work closely with our Finance Team to manage loan funding and completion fees.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will also have a solid understanding of mortgage processing and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
