Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Manage and control store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with River Island.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cash handling.
