Adecco is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join their team

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate our busy schedule of engineering works. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the calendars of engineers, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing documents and reports
  • Assisting in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation for team members
  • Monitoring deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support role is preferred
