We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Scheduler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our busy schedule of engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the calendars of engineers, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient use of time
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and reports
  • Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation for team members
  • Monitor deadlines and prioritise tasks to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support role is preferred

This is a permanent, full-time position offering an annual salary of £25,000. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
