Property Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, a respected property consultancy in the South West. Based from our clients' Plymouth office, our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West.
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that any issues are addressed promptly. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements, and providing regular updates on the performance of the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. They will also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be able to communicate effectively with our clients and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to work well under pressure, and will be able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
