Key Responsibilities

  • Enable, embed, and sustain business change, promoting deep and meaningful relationships that drive business benefit.
  • Identify and nurture talent interventions and capabilities, and lead cyclical talent, performance, and reward activities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful people plans in fast-paced and complex commercial organisations.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to interpret and utilise data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong influencing, partnering, and relationship-building skills, working with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience of creating and delivering people plans, leading delivery through cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and design.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
