About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team at Mercure Maidstone Great Danes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial plans to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align strategies and tactics
  • Utilize market intelligence to develop strategic plans and ensure hotel success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
