About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Social Worker to join our Community Team at Charles Hunter Associates. This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable adults and make a positive impact on their wellbeing and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing care plans and packages to support vulnerable adults
- Completing safeguarding assessments and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience
- Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding procedures and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving licence and vehicle (preferred but not essential)
