Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional educational needs in a SEMH setting.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for SEMH pupils.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEMH pupils, promoting their academic, emotional, and personal development.
  • Collaborate with the school's inclusive ethos to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with pupils, teachers, and parents.
  • Deal with situations calmly and sensitively, demonstrating a collaborative approach and adaptability.
