Outdoor Activities Instructor Apprenticeship

Program Overview:
Embark on a rewarding journey in the outdoor sector with our Level 3 Activity Leader apprenticeship. This program is designed for individuals passionate about outdoor adventures and seeking to develop their skills in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate a range of exciting outdoor activities utilizing specialized equipment.
  • Acquire skills to design and conduct your own sessions.
  • Pursue various external National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications.
  • Lead entertainment sessions to provide thrilling experiences.
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment meets company standards.
  • Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policies.
  • Understand and follow the Company's Safeguarding Policy.
  • Assist with various projects at the center.
Program Duration: 13 months
