Workshop/PDI Engineer (Electrical) Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Workshop Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a PDI Engineer (Electrical), you will be responsible for undertaking pre-delivery inspections of CNC Machines after initial product training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake pre-delivery inspections of CNC Machines
  • Work from electrical drawings to complete mechanical, electrical, and control work
  • Fitting components as required
  • Work within a tight-knit team of 4

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:30am to 5:00pm (Friday)

Requirements:

  • Able to read electrical drawings
  • Experience in electrical workshop or similar environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
