About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deal Operations Specialist to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of Enterprise/Major Accounts Agreements throughout the Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA Deal Operations Manager, AECO to ensure the effective management of Enterprise/Major Accounts Agreements.
  • Work across the Trimble organization to coordinate and establish best practices related to Major Accounts Agreement processes.
  • Partner with Sales Managers from the Major Accounts team and regional leaders to support Enterprise contracts.
  • Drive the transition to new common systems such as DX SFDC and best practice processes.
  • Monitor, track, and manage Key Account data in our systems.
  • Assist with invoicing, invoice deviations, and escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a business capacity role such as sales operations, sales, sales enablement, order administration, or equivalent.
  • Order processing and/or customer deals experience in technology/hardware/software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture/strategy, while maintaining a high attention to details.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes.
  • Well-organized and self-directed team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French language comprehension is a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and good judgment.
