About the Role:
Arkesden Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our Private Equity Secondaries team in London. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and executing secondary transactions, working closely with our senior team to source and evaluate investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of secondary investment opportunities, including GP-led deals, continuation funds, fund restructurings, and strip-sales.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the team to execute transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- Contribute to the development of investment strategies and market research.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory in a top-tier investment bank.
- Strong financial modeling skills, analytical rigor, and investment mindset.
- Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate strong commercial judgment.
- Well-considered motivations for wanting to be part of the secondary PE investments space.
