## Investment Associate Role at CVX Ventures

We are seeking an exceptional Investment Associate to join our team at CVX Ventures, a leading venture capital firm investing in growth companies across Europe. As an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, building relationships with entrepreneurs, and driving deal execution.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source and analyze business plans and markets to identify potential investment opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders in the ecosystem
* Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial, market, and competitive analysis
* Negotiate term sheets and ensure successful deal closure
* Present investment opportunities to our investment committee and drive decision-making

### Requirements

* Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
* 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
* EU work permit
