Office Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify financial transactions, including banking cheques and BACS payments
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve ground rent complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage direct debit processes, including set-ups, cancellations, and queries
- Liaise with solicitors to resolve leaseholder disputes and facilitate the sale of properties
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and send correspondence, including fees letters and emails
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of clients
