We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Chloé. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming every guest into the Chloé family and developing its relationship with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Focus on developing your portfolio of customers, utilizing strategic selling techniques and applying clear client development strategies.
  • Consistently work with appointments to ensure retention of top clients and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe.
  • Capture client data and take notes of all qualitative information.
