Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in a care environment, preferably in a residential or nursing setting.
  • Care certificate or equivalent, or willingness to achieve this within the first 12 months of employment.
  • Good knowledge of care practices and principles, including the 6 principles of care.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and confidence, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
