The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive ticketing growth by finding and engaging with new client prospects. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with great communication skills, willing to hunt down sales leads, and support the wider Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead-sourcing and qualification across different verticals and event-types.
  • First point of contact for incoming prospects.
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing to develop sales campaigns and propositions.
  • Helping with client account administration, pitch preparation, and demos.
  • Attending client meetings with members of the Sales team.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot/create opportunities.
  • Excellent process and communication skills.
  • Go-getting attitude – you're ambitious and believe you get out what you put in.
  • Self-starters. You'll get trained, and you are part of a team, but we're moving fast, and we need people who can think for themselves.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

Bonus Points

  • An understanding of ticketing and event management, including if you have represented events companies or created your own event.
  • Sales or account management experience at another fast-growing technology company.
