Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality improvement strategy to drive excellence in patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver organization-wide improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and evidence-based approaches.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to teams to enhance their quality improvement capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest quality improvement trends, research, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform and enhance our quality improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, quality improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.
