Job Title: Transformational Change Leader

Salary: Circa £55,000 - £66,000 depending on experience

Location: Bolton

Dynamic (hybrid) working: Full time, with 3-4 days per week on-site in Bolton due to the nature of workload classification

Security Clearance: Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work will apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) and SC Clearance, which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to drive transformational change and improvement across our multi-disciplined Manufacturing site in Bolton.
  • This role requires a long-term strategic business partnering approach to promote and embed cultural evolution and engagement, through an exciting period of substantial growth.
  • The successful candidate will create and lead strategic initiatives, ensuring people remain at the heart of the improvement journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive cultural evolution and improvement.
  • Partner with HR and the business to promote engagement and positive change.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transformational change and improvement.
  • Strong business partnering skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
