Senior Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team in International Markets. Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations (DFO) and working closely with the Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contractual agreements are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire supplier contracting process for new client implementations, expansions, and modifications to existing contracts.
  • Negotiate and administer both supplier and client agreements, including amendments and variations.
  • Analyze contracts to support new business initiatives and internal projects.
  • Develop and implement robust processes and procedures for contract management.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department on complex contractual matters.
  • Provide bid support to the Business Development team by reviewing RFPs, identifying contractual risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Contracts Specialists in EMEA and APAC regions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and administration, with a strong understanding of legal and business terms and conditions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to work effectively with finance teams.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and its implications for business processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of contract professionals is highly desirable.
