Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to establish favourable terms for our projects.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Manage the process for developing and claiming Liquidated Damages.
  • Monitor compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of supply contracts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Contract Management experience for Renewable Energy projects, ideally Battery Energy Storage.
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating high-valued, complex contracts including EPC agreements, supply contracts, and service agreements.
  • Degree in Law, Contract Management, or similar.
  • Must have UK Right to work and be able to travel to our office 3 days a week.
