About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our team at i-access Drug and Alcohol Service. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to provide excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including assessment, recovery planning, and aftercare planning, to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Manage a caseload and coordinate structured groupwork packages to facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure adherence to Via policies and safeguarding principles.

About the Service

i-access is an integrated service delivered in partnership by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust and Via. We provide substance misuse treatment for people aged 18 and onwards in Surrey, with a focus on community-based interventions.
