We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Peterborough. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a learning disability to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support to promote independence and enhance well-being
* Support individuals to develop and maintain relationships
* Build a relationship with the individuals you support to ensure their needs, wishes, and goals are achieved
* Participate in a range of fun, recreational, and educational activities
