About the Role:
- As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our ANPR equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- You will test and commission enforcement equipment, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide support to our IT service provider.
- Additionally, you will manage our IT asset register, develop a reporting process, and work to improve capture rates and revenue.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and wireless technology.
- Experience with CRM ticketing systems and database troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
