Job Title: Inside Sales Orthodontics
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Straumann Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound calling, social media, and email.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to identify potential customers.
- Represent Straumann Group's products and services to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition and addressing objections.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers, nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects, engaging the sales team to drive the next step in the sales process.
- Transfer solid opportunities to the sales team for follow-up and formal sales presentation.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a resilient approach to communication.
- Quick learner with a strong understanding of digital technology.
- Well-organized with excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
- Ability to understand the sales process and pipeline, researching prospects, connecting, educating, and offering solutions to qualify a prospect.
- Strong ability to liaise with and handover to the sales team, scheduling meetings and providing detailed information.
- Team player with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
