Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Manager fluent in both Chinese and English to lead our global brand strategies and drive brand growth and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Global Brand Strategies: Create and execute brand strategies that align with company goals and resonate in international markets.
  • Multi-Channel Promotion: Lead innovative campaigns across advertising, PR, social media, and digital platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Market Monitoring: Adapt strategies based on market trends and data-driven insights to ensure brand relevance.
  • Brand Optimization: Enhance brand operations, focusing on digital innovation and emerging media to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure Consistency: Maintain cohesive brand messaging across all channels to build trust and credibility with our audience.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Dubai, UAE.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Data Analysis: Strong capabilities in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in Digital Branding: Experience in creating impactful short video/film campaigns and leveraging digital platforms for brand promotion is highly desirable.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with the resilience to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
