The Role
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our client schools and their parents receive the highest level of service when engaging with SchoolGrid. Each day will present new challenges, keeping the role dynamic and engaging. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including service, product, and project teams, as well as working closely with the COO on internal initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Customer Experience Advocate: Manage a diverse range of inbound and outbound inquiries from schools and parents through various communication channels.
  • Project Support: Assist the project mobilization team to facilitate smooth implementations and successful launches for new clients.
  • Knowledge Contributor: Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless user experience for new features by supporting client training and documentation efforts.
  • Financial Support: Help with financial administration tasks, including sales and purchase ledgers (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Growth Partner: Work directly with the COO on internal projects and ad-hoc responsibilities to drive departmental and company growth.

Requirements
We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses a passion for building relationships and has outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written). A genuine enthusiasm for delivering top-notch service is essential. While experience in retail or customer service is beneficial, your motivation and drive are what truly matter. You should be a quick learner with a proactive attitude, eager to develop a versatile skill set for your future.

We prioritize a positive attitude and a willingness to learn over specific experience. If you have a background in retail or customer service, that’s a plus, but it’s not a requirement. We are looking for someone who is keen to expand their skill set across various areas, including customer care, finance, project management, product development, and operations. We believe that your career path is yours to shape, and we are here to provide the necessary support.

Finally, you should be able to commute to our Livingston headquarters on a daily basis, although we are open to discussing hybrid working arrangements following a successful onboarding period.
