Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to inspire and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in Year 3
  • Assess student development and plan curriculum to meet individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student progress
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of teaching in a Primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and behaviour management strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
