We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at a friendly Primary School in the South Gloucestershire area.
About the RoleThis is a long-term position to start from September covering MAT leave. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate with experience in KS1 or EYFS who has great phonics knowledge and high expectations of learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Year 1 students.
- Provide learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom to promote children's development.
- Work closely with the teaching assistant to support children with special educational needs.
- Follow the school's behaviour and safeguarding policy.
- Use positive behaviour management techniques to create a supportive learning environment.
