About the Company: Our client is a well-established garden design studio in West London, offering a range of services including garden design, planting design, plant sourcing, styling, and project administration to private clients and interior designers/architects.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration, including checking emails, taking telephone calls, diary management, filing, and keeping client files up to date.
  • Ensuring all office equipment is ordered and organizing all company events.
  • Marketing and PR, including keeping the website and social media up to date, helping with photographic shoots in completed gardens, and all general PR activities.
  • Project administration for client work, liaising with landscape contractors, liaison with plant nurseries, and sourcing plants for client gardens.
  • Dealing with other issues, including planning permissions and structural issues.

Requirements:

  • Competence in all Microsoft 365, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Managing the company website is an important part of the role.
  • A good team player who can build effective working relationships within the studio and with architects, contractors, and clients.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week
