Job Title: Darzi Fellowship Clinical Leadership

Job Summary:

The Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinical leader to join our team as a Darzi Fellow. This prestigious opportunity is designed to build the training and development of senior clinical leaders, providing a unique chance to develop the capability skills necessary for future roles as clinical leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Managing Director for Integrated Care, Programme Director, and site leads to develop and implement clinical pathways that improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
  • Manage patients with frailty, including exploring workforce models for community support and leading work on rehabilitation and re-ablement pathways.
  • Engage with stakeholders from across the Trust and community to evaluate evidence-based ways to improve care through innovative models.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to establish new clinical pathways that improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
